THE REAL ESTATE MARKET
Nearly every day, someone, in my travels, "pops the question." No, not that question -- This One:
"How's The Market?"
For 20 years, it's been the same. GREAT! Now some years have been better than others. But, I'm no seasonal agent, nor am I a newly licensed real estate agent who has lost his bearings transitioning from the easier markets to the more challenging ones. I'm a seasoned real estate pro who has weathered more challenging times than benefited from easier market conditions.
I have the experience and skills to navigate the current of today's real estate market.
Today isn't the day of "feel good real estate."
Home prices have gone down throughout most market places. Sellers have difficulty understanding why their properties are worth less today than they were just a year ago. Buyers are left wondering whether they are truly getting a great deal paying the seller's current price. They're deciding whether they should "jump in" or simply wait for home prices to go lower.
Moving punctuates life. We sequence our move to prepare for the road ahead, knowing that there may be detours we must take and obstacles to overcome. Are our lives filled with hope? Do we dream for a certain future? Do we live vicariously through others or do we set our sites on our true goals then work passionately and diligently to achieve them?
Deciding on whether to sell or buy is both a personal and financial decision. Discovering what you can afford now, will be able to afford in the future is a big part of establishing a plan for the purchase and sale of real estate. This financial plan must be squared or reconciled with your personal ambitions, family dreams, inspriation and your tolerance for risk. The current real estate market should give everyone pause. Your home or the home you purchase is a special financial entity that will directly effect your financial position in later years.
When it comes to your real estate, I take a personal approach. I help you square your goals and finances with the market, give you sound, practical advice and help you acquire the right property or sell an existing property on terms that are most favorable to you. In this respect, the market is always great.
I love selling real estate. And, I hope, if you choose me as your REALTOR, you'll love real estate too! This way, when someone pop's the question, you'll say...
BUYING A HOME
SELLING A HOME
