DETERMINING YOUR NEEDS & WANTS

Purchasing a home should be done with great care. Where you live has a definite impact on how you live. There's no sense in buying in an area that is too far from the office, too far from the family if being close to work and being close to relatives are important to your way of life.

As your Realtor, my job is to find you the best home that meets your needs. You could find any home yourself. Most real estate agents want to sell you any home. And with that attitude, just any home that pays a commission would do. However, that's not what Robert Bruckner is about. Robert has been selling homes for 20 years. Earning a commission is only possible for Robert when you find not just any house, but decide to purchase the very best home.

Motivation is a critical factor. Sometimes you think you are ready to move; but, you're not. You may wish to move but may have "a lot on your plate." Timing is important. There has to be a certain level of commitment to pursue the purchase of real estate that should not be impeded by time constraints or concerns that take on a higher priority. This mindset is very idealistic as multi-tasking and handling various aspects of your personal business may be necessary. Your home is certainly a place for you to live. However, as a Realtor, I know it will be more than that. It will be your investment, like it or not. It will be the place where you may raise a family. It will be the place you and your family will come home to ? it is your home.

As your REALTOR® my job is to help you find the right one. No matter how much time or energy you can or will be able to put in, you'll find that working with me, Robert Bruckner, will be a rewarding experience.

THE FOCUS FACTOR

• Prioritize Your Needs. Get a good sense in your mind of how much you are willing to spend and where you want to live.
• Be willing to look at properties that may be a little "out of the box" in terms of location, price or style. In other words, be focused but also be open minded.
• Dedicate a certain amount of time each week to meeting with your Realtor and viewing the listings. In a fast paced real estate market, it is important that you get to the properties quickly. Otherwise, other customers will beat you to the listings. When you work with Robert Bruckner, you will find out about the new listings first and have first crack at them!

It is a great idea to get in the habit of reviewing the e-mails of listings sent to you daily. Home buyers are encouraged to call or email Robert with feedback. The more feedback, the better.  Robert will then make sure that you see the homes that you want to see.
