I have been selling homes for 21 years. I have seen a lot of markets, worked with hundreds of home buyers and sellers. Some  properti es I have sold two or three times over! And, what I learned, over the years, is that ever yone has dreams, issues and reservations. Some home buyers spend most of their time making their dreams come true, others are dealing with issues or have reservations due to personal, finan cial or other  conditions that must be resolved before undertaking a home purchase.
